The vehicle will produce 227 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque when the gas tank is filled with regular octane gasoline. Using 93-octane or higher, the 2021 Mazda CX-9 will make up to 250 horsepower and 320 pound-feet. All models will be able to tow up to 3,500 pounds.
