So I've had my vehicle for 5 months now that I purchased from Marco and Mr Silva at Flightline Mazda. They are true to their word it is everything and more I thought it would be they gave me a smoking deal on a used vehicle with very low mileage and you have to wonder are there problems is something wrong there's a little things here and there but that comes with a vehicle with 13,000 miles on it and they addressed those issues it's something we discussed and I still got a great deal after pricing new vehicles versus this used one I. Very proud I was humble enough to go used and save a bunch when in 6 months a new vehicle would be just like this one anyway they're great guys they will not lie to you and I think I mentioned in my initial review they delivered it to me and I'm 300 miles away. I bought a beautiful Chevy Colorado Z71 from them. From 200 Mi away everything over the phone and online they delivered it they went above and beyond I got to be honest with you I've been looking at purchasing for 3 months they did more than the other 52 dealerships I spoke to. And all I can say is they did not pull a fast one. They delivered the exact truck with the exact deal and the exact handshake that I was expecting and it's been a month I don't see any issues whatsoever I will update the review maybe in 2 months I don't expect anything to change. I dealt with Ghaby Barraza to try and find a part for my daughter's car (cx-30). I live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and could not find the part locally and she was probably the 4th dealership I talked with. She went out of her way to make sure I got the part delivered to my home. Ghaby has been one of the most helpful people I have dealt with and this has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in my 52 years. Thank you again Ghaby and hopefully the dealership recognizes all the value you add, I know I do! Even though they are out of state I would gladly do business with them in the future.
